What is OneTEMP?

OneTEMP is a generic term for a custom-made series of DNA/RNA amplification kits for detection of bacteria, parasites and viruses. A common feature of the OneTEMP series is that thermocycling is made superfluous. OneTEMP covers ten different isothermal technologies, which are as sensitive and specific as standard PCR reactions and in addition often more tolerant to biological components. Isothermal amplification is a time and cost saving alternative to most PCR set-ups.

Why amplification at one temperature?

The DNA amplification kinetics in isothermal OneTEMP is a function of the reagent components themselves. This feature makes your laboratory work independent of equipment limitations.

Real time detection

The OneTEMP technologies can be transformed into traditional real time kits applicable to standard laboratory fluorescence detection and point of care devices.
