is an alternative to TEMPase Hot Start 2 x Master Mix with extra
time saving advantages.

Description
Ampliqon TEMPase Hot Start DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, a blue loading
dye and magnesium chloride are present in TEMPase Hot Start 2 x
Master Mix with TEMPase Buffer I (balanced KCl /
(NH4)2 SO4 buffer system) or
TEMPase Buffer II ((NH4)2 SO4
buffer system).
The two TEMPase buffers cover all PCR applications and allow
your choice of buffer to be determined by your amplification
needs.
